Bringing the cuisine and spirit of our husband-and-wife organic vegan restaurant from 12 years in Southern California to Kouri Island.
At VegiLicious, we believe that food can be both deeply delicious and genuinely supportive of wellbeing.
Plant-based cuisine, a carefully prepared indoor environment, and the ocean and greenery of Kouri Island come together to create a stay where body and mind can truly rest.
Our building and guest rooms were created with a sincere pursuit of comfort, while reducing unwanted chemical burden as much as possible. We also value the invisible atmosphere — the air, the quiet, and the feeling of ease.
Rather than a place of showy luxury, we hope to offer a space that feels deeply good for both body and soul — a place where you can gently return to yourself.
For our guests’ health, happiness, and smiles, we hope to create a place so deeply comfortable for body and soul that it feels like “the closest auberge to heaven.”
